Synopsis Celine (Kris Aquino) is trapped in an unhappy marriage with Frank (Albert Martinez). After years of trying to make a baby, Frank gave up. From then on, Frank had been "not-so-loving" to Celine. One day, someone calls to say, Frank's airplane crash. Astrud (Jacklyn Jose) & Ringo (Izzy Canillo later to be Coco Martin) were fine, but Ringo had to be brought to the hospital. Upon the grieving of Frank's death, she meets Steve. He then helps to find Frank. But the only thing they found was Celine's anniversary gift to Frank - the small suitcase. Inside it, she found the camera with the name "Astrud Domingo". He watch a video there and learned that Frank has a mistress whom he had a son, Ringo. Later on, she falls in love with Steve (Gabby Concepcion) and they had a daughter, Gwen (Mika dela Cruz later to be Kim Chiu). Years later, they find out Frank is alive, so Steve breaks up with Celine. But then at that time, she was pregnant. She then tells to Frank, the baby was his. So he raises Gwen as if he is the real father. Now, on Steve's mission, many people were killed except for one kid, Robbie (Yogo Singh later to be Paul Salas then Gerald Anderson). He adopts Robbie and raises him. Later on, They find Selena (Maricar Reyes), Robbie's elder sister. Years after, Steve finds himself in love with Selena. So one day, they get married. Now, Robbie & Gwen are now teenagers. They now will have their first encounter. They start off as enemies, but later on, Gwen will fall in love with Robbie and Robbie will fall for Gwen. When Gwen found herself in love with Robbie, she changes a bit. She lessens her Gimmicks. But will they get separated? Upon their closeness, Celine tells one day, to Steve, that He is the father of Gwen. He will now do everything to get Gwen to treat him as a father while fighting for his one true love, Celine. Cast and Characters Main Cast * Kris Aquino as Celine J. Crisanto - A perfectionist mother. She always wants Gwen to be perfect. That's why Gwen hates her. Her mother dies after she knew Celine is pregnant and the father was Steve. She's the wife of Frank. But Frank has a mistress. * Kim Chiu as Gwen J. Crisanto/Sebastian - Celine's rebellious daughter. She finds the motherly love she wants from Astrud. She hates her mother because Celine always wanted perfection. She and Robbie always encounter. She falls in love with Robbie. * Gerald Anderson as Robbie S. Sebastian - Steve's adopted son. He lost his parents in a very young age and he was saved by Steve. He idolizes Steve because of his bravery. He always have encounters with Gwen. He falls in love with her. * Gabby Concepcion as Steve S. Sebastian - The true father of Gwen. Crisanto- Frank's son to Astrud and Gwen's half brother. He is also rebellious and he believes he is abnormal because of his illness. * Gina Pareño as Petulah R. Crisanto- Frank's protective mother. She loves Frank so much that she will do anything for him. She corrects every mistake Celine, Frank, or Gwen does. * Jacklyn Jose as Astrud N. Domingo - The mistress of Frank. She takes Gwen away from Celine so that Gwen would love her more as a mother and because she can't take Frank away from Celine. * Maricar Reyes as Selena Sebastian - Elder sister of Robbie. She marries Steve. * Maxene Eigennman as Alicia Magdalena - A boyish policewoman who finds herself in love with Robbie. Yes, Robbie cares about her, but it doesn't mean Robbie loves her.
